Nisbet launches new Thor range of commercial cooking equipment
Nisbets has launched Thor, its brand of commercial cooking equipment, to the UK market.
Thor’s portfolio, which comes to the UK after being launched in Australia in 2014, includes a range of grills, fryers and oven ranges.
Thor ovens each feature a heavy duty, double skinned pull down door, cast iron gas burner tops, three shelf positions designed to hold 2/1 Gastronorm pans and two stop positions to prevent the product being pushed too far back.
The range also includes a selection of stainless steel griddles with piezo ignition and a flame failure device, which allows the user to control separate head zones and cook different types of food at the same time.
Several models in the range are available in either liquefied petroleum gas or natural gas fuelled models.
