Echo Falls is to get a new look as part of a “record-breaking year of investment” in the wine.

Accolade Wines, which owns the brand, unveiled the new bottle this week in a bid to build on the success of the brand, which is already the third biggest wine brand in the UK.

A new larger front label, “splash” design and more premium neck labels will help make the bottles more noticeable on shelves, backbars and fridges, said European marketing director Clare Griffiths.

“This new look will help us to maintain high brand awareness and boost the appeal of Echo Falls to target consumers as part of the wider investment,” she explained.

The launch is the first step in a series of activities planned for the brand over the next 12 months as part of the “unprecedented” spend, which includes on-going sponsorship of Channel 4's Come Dine With Me.
