Inside the new look O’Neill’s
The first venue of the brand to receive the makeover is the Birmingham branch on the city’s Broad Street.
The remodel has created 15 roles across the site and the pub will host weekly live music events alongside showing upcoming major sports events, including the Women’s Euros.
It closed its doors at the end of May and is set to open today (Thursday 30 June) with a launch night including live entertainment, DJs, food sampling and cocktails.
The new look means the venue has new spaces such as booth seating with individual TV screens, highlighting major sporting events.
The new décor throughout the sports bar and live music bar, gives guests many Instagrammable photo opportunities.
Customers will be able to choose from a range of draught products such as Beavertown Neck Oil, Goose Island Today’s Haze and more.
The venue will also provide a lunch and drink offer from £6, pizza and a drink from £9.75. This is in addition to mix and match tapas options, which will be available as three for £12 or five for £18 as well as two cocktails for £11.
There will be a bottomless brunch offer every Thursday to Sunday with unlimited pizza and selected drinks, serving from 12pm to 5pm on Thursdays and Fridays and 12pm to 4pm over the weekend.
Private hire is also available with meeting spaces for conferences and events, holding up to 645 guests – 375 downstairs and 270 upstairs.
General manager Stef Reidy said: “We are very excited about opening our doors to the brand new O’Neill’s Broad Street, especially with the Commonwealth Games and World Cup still to come this year.
“We have an incredibly loyal guest base as well as plenty of visiting trade and we can’t wait to see their reaction.
“While we won’t be losing all the great stuff we are famous for such as great food, live sport and music, we are really looking forward to attracting some new guests who perhaps, didn’t visit us previously.”
