Low2NoBev show line-up revealed
The show itself is taking place on Wednesday 9 and Thursday 10 June at London's Truman Brewery and will give guests insight alongside the latest developments to drive sales while showcasing 80 brands across the low and no-alcohol drinks sector.
The talks and discussions at Quench Live in association with BrewDog aim to outline a rise in consumer interest and curiosity in low and no-alcohol drinks.
The agenda will be driven by the latest research from Lumina Intelligence and the launch of the Low2No Report 2021, with focus groups looking at what drives a diverse range of consumers.
Visitors will find out what triggers consumer decisions and how they should be looking beyond Millennials to other social groups and occasions as low-alcohol and alcohol-free options become more socially acceptable.
Maximising sales
Guests will also discover how staff can maximise sales through customer education with each purchase while taking a look at what can be learned form the reduced or alcohol-free markets across the globe.
The latest trends and future opportunities will be unearthed including botanicals, mimicking alcohol’s warming effect and the presence of CBD in drinks.
The beer chef, writer and presenter Richard Fox is one of the panel hosts at Quench Live alongside featuring leading operators, entrepreneurs and analysts.
These include Hedonist Group’s Dan Crowther, Britvic’s Katy Watts, Caleno’s Ellie Webb, Mitchell’s & Butler’s James Bolton, Big Drop Brewing Co’s Matt Robins and Law Maison Wellness’ Camille Vidal.
The Portman Group and Drinkaware will also showcase industry insight.
