As we look forward to welcoming back our guests, are you ready to track everyone who visits you?

With the new Government legislation coming into play from the 4 July, it is now being advised that anyone who visits pubs, restaurants and bars should register their details to ensure they can be contacted if needed. While this may seem yet another thing to add to the list, it is a something that can be turned into a positive with minimum effort.

Wireless Social and Purple AI have been further developing their guest Wi-Fi platform so when a user logs into the Wi-Fi, the software will automatically collect their required details and send them a confirmation code. Alongside this, all ongoing track and trace enquiries will be handled by the Wireless Social, removing the burden from the operators and letting them focus on delivering great guest experiences.

With 70% of Wi-Fi users opting in to receive marketing communications, this also enables you to grow your guest database and gain more insight into your target profiles over the coming months. Alongside this, it is easy to use for guests and team, compatible with single and multi-site locations and gives your guests reassurance you are concerned about their well being.

The great news is this platform is free for any current Wireless Social customers and for anyone joining Wireless Social, the first three months are on them. The even better news is the Wireless Social platform is already compliant with track and trace and will be ready for Saturday 4 July, ready for when hospitality returns to the world.

Want to find out more about Track and Trace, the do’s and don’ts and the new data collection platform? Then join Julian Ross, CEO of Wireless Social, and Bill Williams, VP of global sales at Purple AI, today (Tuesday 30 June) at 3pm, on their webinar talking about all things track and trace.
