LT Pub management subsidiary signed up for Little Chef deal
LT Management Services, which works across the pub, hotel and wider leisure industry, is to offer operational support to Little Chef across the 95-strong estate, as well as complete office support.
It comes as the RCapital-backed Little Chef confirms that managing director Tracey Mulligan is to leave the company at the end of this month as part of the ongoing restructure of the chain that will see the closure of the group’s head office in Sheffield and a number of operations outsourced.
Little Chef chairman Graham Sims said: “The appointment of LT Management Services is part of a wider plan to return Little Chef to where it rightly deserves to be as a brand and as a business. From an operational point of view their unrivalled multi-site experience will prove invaluable to Little Chef going forward.”
Buchanan said: “We are naturally very pleased to have been appointed by Little Chef to provide field operational support and full back office support to the business. We look forward to working with everyone in the Little Chef business, assisting them in achieving their goals.”
The news also comes as Sims says that Little Chef could make a return to motorway service stations. The company quit the motorway service stations 14 years go, but now hopes to link up with Moto or Welcome Break to make a return to the sector
