M&B opens landmark Toby/Harvester sites
The group opened its first dual-brand Toby Carvery and Harvester site, where the units are side-by-side, today (20th December) in Burton-on-Trent.
At the same time it opened its first combined operation with a Harvester and a Toby Carvery at St Catherine's Walk shopping centre in Carmarthen. The single unit features a Harvester on the ground floor and a Toby Carvery on the first floor.
A third landmark opening, the group’s first Toby Sandwich Express, its Toby “grab and go” concept, is set to open in the next few weeks at Southampton’s West Quay shopping centre.
The 800sq ft takeaway unit in Southampton will offer “Toby Carvery meat” served in sandwiches but no alcohol.
The company said new concept provides a further opportunity to expand the brand in the retail environment and transport hubs.
