Spirit appoints new finance director
Gallagher will join the company on 7 November and will be appointed to the board of the managed company, which recently demerged from its sister company Punch Taverns.
Gallagher held the role of finance director at Rank since 2008 and previously held a number of high profile positions including chief financial officer at Quadriga Worldwide, UK finance director at Dell EMEA and director of financial operations at Wang International.
Russell Margerrison will continue as interim finance director until Gallagher joins the business, at which time he will step down from the board.
