Punch has organised a number of meetings for its partners (licensees) across the UK where they can share their ideas on how to run a successful pub business.

The 'Partner Nights' have already been run in Yorkshire, Wales and London, and headed up by members of Punch's operations team.

The events, which comprise between 10 and 15 partners (licensees) from the local area along with members of the Punch operations teams, will cover a range of topics such as growing sales, reducing costs and practical solutions recommended by other partners.

Punch operations manager, Paul Linton, who's been involved in running the events in Wales, said: "The best people to give partners advice on how to run great pub businesses are other Partners. We wanted to establish a forum where they could share ideas and solve problems whilst giving them an opportunity to feed back and raise any issues.

"It's also a great opportunity for the operations team to develop stronger relationships with partners, to build a greater understanding of the key issues affecting them and their businesses in a social and informal setting."
