Two new faces at Brakspear
Henley-based pub company Brakspear has announced two new appointments, including the new role of tenancy recruitment manager.
Amanda Windows takes on that role, which the company says will involve ensuring "a seamless recruitment process for all prospective Brakspear tenants".
"Her appointment also frees up Brakspear's four business development managers to spend more time helping existing tenants."
Meanwhile, former Geronimo Inns general manager Mat Aket is to join as a business development manager, looking after its pubs in London and along the M4 corridor.
Aket, who has worked in the pub trade for more than 18 years, launched Geronimo's airport operation at Heathrow and moved on to manage three sites for the company.
Tom Davies, Brakspear chief executive, said: "We're delighted to have Amanda and Mat on board.
"Having a dedicated recruitment manager will help us to place the right tenant in the right pub, which is crucial to the on-going success of our business."
