Peter Brook to return to Punch Taverns
Peter Brook, the former head of Tattershall Castle Group, is to join Punch Taverns next week, the second time in his career he has worked for the pubco.
Speaking to The Publican, Brook said he was joining the pubco on Monday (January 31) and would be "working on a number of property-related projects".
He declined to elaborate further, although sources suggested Brook would be working on the group's strategic review, which is being headed by the pubco's boss, Ian Dyson.
Brook recently headed up Admiral Taverns' 'Phoenix' turnaround pub division, but left the company in November at the end of a two-year contract.
Punch confirmed Brook would be working on property projects "on an interim basis" and will report to Dyson.
Brook's previous roles in the industry have included chief executive at the InnSpired pub company and a stint as property and strategy director at Punch.
