Fuller's appoints Lynn Fordham to board
Fuller's, the pub company and brewer, has appointed Lynn Fordham to its board as a non executive director.
Currently chief executive of investment company SVG Capital, she will join the pub company's remuneration and audit committees.
Michael Turner, chairman of Fuller's, said: "We are delighted that Lynn has agreed to join the board. She is a chief executive with a broad spectrum of
experience and I am sure she will be a great asset to the team. We are very much looking forward to working with her.
"2011 is sure to be another challenging year for the economy but having a team of high calibre non executives on the board will ensure Fuller's is well-placed
to maintain its track record of delivering strong results."
Fordham's previous experience includes senior financial, strategic and operational roles at Barratt Developments, BAA, Boots, Man Group, BAT and Mobil Oil.
