Phil Dutton leaves Punch
Phil Dutton, the finance director of Punch Taverns, the leased and tenanted pub operator, is to leave the company. No reason was given for his departure.
Dutton will step down from the board at the company's AGM on 17 December and will leave at the end of March next year.
Punch Taverns said that a further announcement would be made in due course.
Ian Dyson, the group's newly appointed chief executive, said: "I would like to thank Phil for his contribution to Punch over the last three years during which time he played a key role as part of the board and management team.
"We wish him all the best for the future."
