Penn Street Taverns to sell four pubs
Penn Street Taverns, the Birmingham-based pub group, is selling four freehold pubs in the West Midlands through agent Christie + Co.
The four pubs comprise the Hampton, the Midland and the Beau Brummie, which are all located in Birmingham, and Wednesbury-based the Bush.
The Beau Brummie is based close to St Andrews, Birmingham City's football stadium.
Available individually, the pubs range in price from £95,000 to £155,000.
Penn Street Taverns currently operates 15 pubs across the West Midlands, Shropshire, Worcestershire, Staffordshire, Warwickshire and Herefordshire.
Noel Moffitt, Director at Christie + Co, said: "These four substantially-sized pubs will prove equally popular with developers and established local operators.
"The location of the Beau Brummie should ensure it attracts high levels of interest in particular."
