Winners in the 19 categories included Ashley and Kelly McCarthy, licensees at Ye Old Sun Inn in Colton, North Yorkshire, who were named Publicans of the Year.
And it was a double success for the Wiremill, near Lingfield in Surrey, which was named Freehouse of the Year as well as winning the overall title of Pub of the Year.
Meanwhile, the Whitmore Arms in Orsett, Essex, was named Tenanted/Leased Pub of the Year. Licensee Victoria Steadman said: "We are so proud to win this award. It means so much to us, the staff and the customers as well.
"We are thrilled that we got this far and feel absolutely privileged."
In the HQ categories, Charles Wells Pub Company picked up the Tenanted/ Leased Pub Company of the Year (200+ pubs).
Sales and marketing director Peter Wells said: "It is absolutely fantastic and more than I could imagine to win this title for a second year running.
"It was a great team effort from everyone."
Stephen Gould, managing director of Everards, said winning the award for Tenanted/Leased Pub Company (up to 199 outlets) was "recognition of all the efforts our licensees put in day in day out".
And on winning the title of Regional Brewer of the Year, Batemans' Jackie Bateman said: "It's amazing.
"We are just on a high. We didn't think there was any way we were going to do it. I just wish my mum and dad were here to see it."
Guests also raised around £5,000 for The Publican's chosen charity for this year Tap into WaterAid.
