£1.5m spend to boost Kopparberg cider
Ciders of Sweden is pouring £1.5m into its 2010 marketing investment for its Kopparberg brand.
The company is planning to ramp up its advertising and marketing to further grow the flavoured cider brand in the UK.
Since its launch in 2006 the brand has grown though a "strong sales and distribution strategy, great product reviews, word-of-mouth recommendations and a successful trade and events-based marketing campaign," said managing director Davin Nugent.
The new campaign will be devised and executed by London-based marketing agency Saint@RKCR and will build the brand profile while retaining the "authentic and grassroots DNA of the brand," Nugent added.
