Marston's launches DVD welcome pack
Marston's Pub Company (MPC) has launched a DVD welcome pack for potential new tenants.
The two-disc pack is billed as a step-by-step guide to what's involved when taking on an MPC pub, including advice from licensees.
MPC's new agreements such as Tracker and Retail are explained and there is a "virtual tour" of a Marston's pub, along with information on web facilities.
The aim is to give would-be licensees an idea of whether taking a lease is right for them.
Retail solutions manager Karl Czinege said: "If they're not convinced after watching the DVD and exploring the CD ROM then it's already done its job — it saves them, and us, a lot of time."
