Wine bar operator Davy's is selling two sites — the Dock Blida in Central London and The Wine Vault in Croydon.

Located in Croydon's north end in the town's main shopping area, Davy's The Wine Vault is a 3,500sq ft bar and restaurant with a 90-cover capacity. The premises has a 50-cover central bar, 12-cover private dining room, and 40-cover function room.

Offers in the region of £28,500 are being sought for the leasehold interest of the unit, which is held on a long free-of-tie lease.

The Dock Blida, a former restaurant/wine bar is a vacant basement unit located close to Marylebone High Street. The unit has a main bar and several smaller seating areas, some of which have vaulted ceilings. A new 10-year lease is being offered on the Dock Blida at a nil premium with incentive of a three-month rent free period.

Both sales are being handled by Christie + Co.

Davy's is a family run business, which operates Davy's Wine Bars and Restaurants, as well as several Bar Brasseries and a Wine Merchants. The group currently has over 30 sites mainly across City and Central London locations.
