Win £2,000 worth of marketing support for your pub
Smirnoff is offering creative licensees the chance to win £2,000 worth of marketing support.
The vodka brand is looking to support and reward innovative licensees through its Creative Grants scheme.
It wants hosts to tell them about their creative events. The best and most original are in with a chance of winning the marketing support.
The prize includes working with a marketing specialist to create a targeted marketing campaign, which may include a range of street promotion, or adverts, online or in local press.
"Tell us your vision for a unique event at your venue and you could win £2,000 worth of marketing support from Smirnoff, we'll promote your event and help increase footfall through your door," a spokesman said.
"We're looking for truly innovative concepts to create the kind of experiences people look back on and say, I were. So get creative.
"We've all been to a karaoke, darts or poker night. How about transforming your beer garden to host a spontaneous sparkling Glitter Garden Party, or bring fun and laughter as your regulars compete with experts in a human beat-box battle? Maybe change your dress code to Black Tie and host a dance off?
"The more extraordinary and original your idea, the more chance you have of winning."
Entries will be judged by a Diageo expert panel on the originality of the idea.
Grants will be awarded up until July 2010 and winners will be selected on three occasions throughout this period. Every competition period will have a set of 2-3 winners.
To enter venues must be pouring Smirnoff No.21.
