Pub operator JD Wetherspoon is introducing a record 13 new drinks products across its estate this coming Thursday (17 September).

Tuborg and Carlsberg will be available on draught and Lucky, a lager brewed and bottled in China, will be sold in Wetherspoon pubs for the first time.

Wetherspoon is also highlighting its commitment to cider by offering Marcle Hill Cider (traditional still cider from Westons of Herefordshire) on draught.

It will join Wetherspoon's established cider brands; Bulmers, Magners (apple or pear), Westons Organic, Westons Perry, Jacques and Kopparberg.

Frank's Alcoholic Ginger Beer (from the makers of Kopparberg) will be sold exclusively in Wetherspoon pubs, and Crabbie's alchoholic ginger beer will also be available.

Monster (the number one energy drink in the USA), together with a lo-carb option will be available.

The company's spirits range is boosted by the introduction of Buffalo Trace Bourbon, described as "one of the world's great whiskies", by Whisky Bible author Jim Murray.

Three new soft drinks from Hartridge's, Ginger Beer, Cloudy Lemonade and Root Beer will be available for the first time.

Two new wines are being added to the range of drinks; Hardys Private Bin Chardonnay and Hardys Private Bin Shiraz.

On the wine front, Wetherspoon is adding a 125ml glass for customers, alongside its established 175ml and 250ml glasses.

Wetherspoon's marketing and catering director Rebecca Payton said: "We are confident that our range of new drinks will enhance an already excellent choice of drinks available in Wetherspoon pubs.

"We continually strive to offer our customers the widest and most interesting choice of drinks."
