Ann Elliott is founder of Elliott People, which offers sales, marketing and operational expertise to a variety of clients in the hospitality and leisure sector. She spent 18 years with Whitbread with key boardroom roles for Pizza Hut and Beefeater. She was also a regional operations director for Whitbread Pub Partnerships for three years.
