A man has been treated for facial injuries after he was attacked outside a pub in Uddingston, South Lanarkshire. The 27-year-old was struck with a sharp object outside the Rowantree Inn on Main Street at about 2155 GMT on Sunday. Police said the assault was unprovoked.
