Enterprise hosts' 2-for-1 meal offer
Enterprise Inns hosts can offer a 2-for-1 meal deal in a new promotion with Walkers Crisps.
Customers who collect 10 tokens from promotional packs of Walkers as part of its "Brit Trips" campaign can redeem the offer at participating Enterprise pubs.
The move is part of Enterprise's new Promotions Club, which promises a range of similar promotions in newspapers and major grocery brands. Deals will include food, drink and accommodation.
Membership to the club is free and so far 300 pubs have joined.
Enterprise's head of sales and marketing John Coe said: "This is a new development for us and one we're particularly excited about.
"Joining the club is free for our retailers - all they have to do is cover the cost of the special deal. It's a fantastic national deal to get more consumers into our pubs and we've used our scale to facilitate this promotion, which individual retailers would otherwise not have been able to have access to."
Enterprise licensee John Booth from the Bull's Head in Shrewsbury said: "It is great to be involved with Enterprise on this promotion as its generated lots of interest from our existing customers as well as attracting new faces."
Meanwhile, Enterprise licensee Katie Ayton (pictured) of the Bowling Green, Leamington Spa, has won one week's free rent from the pubco.
Licensees were urged to apply for the prize for the re-launch of its promotional magazine Plan It.
The updated magazine, revamped after licensee feedback, includes more deals on food, drink, equipment and entertainment. It also has a key-date calendar and a new hints and tips section.
