Administrator for Massive, David Thurgood, said he was in exclusive negotiations with a potential trade buyer for the remaining outlets. Swallet Management Solutions, run by Derek Parfitt, who used to work at the Magic Pub Company, is thought to be the frontrunner and is reported to have offered £9m.
