Nestlé adds some sizzle at Publican Live
Nestlé Professional Systems Solutions will be showing pubs how to cash in on the expanding coffee culture at this year's Publican Live.
With each pub having different requirements, the Nestlé Professional team will be able to the existing business and suggest ways of generating more profits from hot drinks.
Nestlé has also launched a Hot Profit' brochure, to support sales. The team can offer advice on the right equipment, footprint and ingredients to meet individual needs and customers, regardless of whether a pub is a suburban local or country food pub.
The fully automatic Nescafé Milano will be on show to demonstrate just how quick and easy it can be to serve a range of hot drinks - including popular café style drinks such as cappuccinos and latte.
For the full roast and ground experience, the stand will also feature the automatic Roma Bean to Cup machine, as well as the more traditional, sleek Grigia for the true, barista style experience.
Also featured on the Nestlé Professional stand will be Herta hotdogs, an ideal hot pub snack. By selling just two cases a week, pubs can add more than £5,000 to their turnover.
Herta branded point of sale material is also available.
Exclusive to The Publican Live, Herta will be offering visitors a bain-marie on orders placed at the show - and there's also the chance for visitors to win tickets to the O2 arena.
