Who: The Old Boathouse gastropub that overlooks the lakes of the Cotswold Water Park, adjacent to the new Cotswold Water Park Four Pillars hotel and resort, which is owned by the Four Pillars Hotel Group.
What: The pub will cater for a variety of customers, from those living locally to tourists and Four Pillars hotel residents.
Food: Where possible, dishes will make best use of local produce, from meat and fish to vegetables, and the premium beers and beverages will include a large local offering, from wines to real ales and ciders.
