I'd have Jonny behind the bar - he'd get the punters in. He'd be handy with the beer barrels as well. We've had a phenomenal weekend - we might even have trebled the weekly takings across our three bars. Talking of rugby players in pubs, I've got Martin Johnson opening our new site in Loughborough. It's going to be a tough game but I'm predicting 16-12 to England - I just hope I get it right again!

It's got to be Jonny Wilkinson. I'm more of a rugby person and he's certainly a lot easier on the eye than Wayne Rooney. He'd be pretty handy if there was any trouble too. We had a good steady weekend last week and I think this weekend is going to be even better. Having England in any final is always going to be great for business.

I'd go for Jonny. There's quite a big rugby crowd at the pub and I think he'd go down better than Wayne. It's been a great weekend and this weekend is shaping up to be even better. We've moved the back bar and I reckon we'll probably be able to get about 110 in there - should be a good night. I wouldn't want to predict the result, but I certainly know what I want to happen.

Definitely not Wayne Rooney - I just don't like him. Trade during the rugby been good here. To be honest we're not really a rugby place - we've many more football fans here - but last weekend was excellent. Next weekend is shaping up to be great as well. I think the score is going to be much closer than England versus France but it certainly won't be 36-nil.
