Brakes has launched two new sandwich fillings which are aimed at helping licensees cut down preparation time.
Brakes New York savoury deli filling is made with sliced pastrami and turkey, mixed with sauerkraut and gherkins in a ranch salad dressing.
Brakes suggests serving it in a crusty baguette.
The other new addition is a ham and cheese savoury filling - combining mature Cheddar, sliced ham and spring onion in a creamy mayonnaise dressing.
Brakes suggests serving in a granary baguette. Both fillings are available in 1kg tubs, offering 20 portions.

Tilda reveals risotto range
Tilda is rolling out a new frozen risotto range, available in three authentic Italian flavours: primavera; chicken and asparagus and Sicilian lemon; chicken and thyme.
The dishes are free from artificial colours and flavours and Tilda suggests personalising the dishes with garnish, extra vegetables, a sprinkling of parmesan or fresh basil.
Supplied in 400g portions in snap-lid trays, they can be cooked from frozen in five minutes with a 1900w catering microwave.
Tilda development and marketing controller Mark Lyddy said: "Risotto rice has experienced a 21% sales growth. With the growing number of non-traditional Italian outlets wanting to offer quality Mediterranean dishes, there's a high demand for an easy-cook, authentic risotto range."

Vegetarian value
A new range of vegetarian dishes is now available from Brakes.
The ready to cook dishes have been designed for spring menus and include broccoli and cheese bake - broccoli florets in a rich cheese sauce topped with sauté potatoes and grated cheese.
The second is value cheese and tomato quiche slab, made with tomato and a blend of cheeses, seasoned with onion and basil. The quiche comes in a 1kg slab format.
Brakes has launched two classic pasta dishes, ideal for vegetarians - macaroni cheese, and spinach and ricotta cannelloni.

Going quackers
Irish supplier Silver Hill Foods has launched a range of gourmet duck sausages. The range comes in three flavours: duck and orange; duck, spring onion and ginger, and duck, chilli and ginger.
Hand produced, the sausages are made from prime cuts of duck reared on Silver Hill's farms. They are formed in natural casings, which guarantees virtually no shrinkage in the cooking process.
For best results thaw and shallow fry for 20 minutes, or grill for the same amount of time on a medium setting. They are packed in 1.2kg trays with four trays to a case.
