Should Prince Charles voice his political views?

He is not the monarch yet - so yes, he should speak out. That's what he's meant to do; when he becomes monarch he is meant to keep his mouth shut. I have always been a fan of Prince Charles. Some of his crazy ideas are proving to be true, such as his views on farming and the environment. I think he's supportive of local communities.

I think that maybe we should get the views of royalty. He does support the pub trade and nine times out of 10, I would say that I agree with him. He does his best to make people aware of topical issues, which has to be a good thing.

My personal opinion is he should get on with being a royal and stay out of businesses that he doesn't understand. Whilst as a publican I'm grateful for the publicity he generates for the world of pubs, he doesn't represent the typical pub customer, unfortunately. He should stick to enjoying fine wines and Port in Clarence House.

I think the more people who talk about supporting pubs, the better. He is probably seen as being closer to the people than other members of the royal family and people are more likely to go along with the things he says. I think everybody is allowed to have their own views. His heart's in the right place, although I may not agree with him completely.
