The sports-orientated pub has been purchased by first-time buyer Val Smith. She has previously worked at a number of pubs in and around the area.

The Crystal Fountain was purchased from Mark Kelly off an asking price of £35,000 (leasehold) through Davey & Co. The pub has 100% wet sales and annual sales of approximately £130,000 (net of VAT).

It has three separate trading areas, including a pool room, large beer garden and patrons parking as well as three-bedroom owner's accommodation.

Christie+Co has sold the Rhos Yr Hafod Inn in Cross Inn village, West Wales for an undisclosed figure from an asking price of £195,000 The sale went through in just six weeks.

The pub is a first-time purchase for Steve and Nicki Haines who plan to develop the food operation. Steve has many years' experience as a barman, while Nicki is an occupational beauty therapist.

The Rhos Yr Hafod Inn comprises of a public bar, 32-cover restaurant, three-bedroom owner's accommodation, an enclosed trade garden and a car park.

GA Select has completed the sale of this Derbyshire Peak District freehouse.

The 17th-century Red Lion was sold on behalf of vendors Steven and Lesley Shaw who have owned the pub for seven years. Purchasing clients Matteo Frau and Alyson Walker are experienced caterers who intend to build on the pub's food reputation.

Current sales are running at £158,000 split as 60% wet to 40% dry. Trading areas include a ramblers' tap room seating 36, with an open fire, an oak-beamed lounge bar for 20 and dining lounge for 26.

The pub was sold for £420,000.

Just sold by Guy Simmonds, this free-of-tie pub is situated in the village of Kingsland, Herefordshire, and features an award-winning feature open fireplace, beamed ceilings and exposed stone walls.

The Angel had takings in the region of £235,000 split 35% food to 65% wet.

The business includes a lounge bar, restaurant, beer gardens to the front and rear, car park and five-bedroom living accommodation. The business was sold off an asking price of £69,950.
