Win a laptop with The Publican Food Report 2006
Publicans completing the annual Publican Food Report survey can win a Toshiba laptop or one of 75 other great pub food prizes.
The internet-ready Toshiba laptop is a prize from Menumakers, the new online menu-building service which brings together three foodservice brands. Menumakers, from Moy Park Foodservice, enables pubs to plan regular and seasonal menus, using templates which can be found at menumakers.co.uk. The recipes are supported by a profit calculator for each dish.
The brands included are Chickwich Premier coated chicken products, Health Farm chicken products, and the Kitchen Range Foods portfolio, which includes snacks, sharing platters, main courses and desserts.
To mark the launch of Menumakers, Moy Park is giving one reader of The Publican an internet-ready Toshiba laptop, to allow them to use the www.menumakers.co.uk site, which goes live on October 1. The laptop and many other prizes can be won by completing The Publican Food Report 2006 questionnaire, which can be found online by clicking the link on the right, and will be distributed with the September 25 issue of The Publican.
The Publican Food Report is the pub trade's most in depth guide to food trends, looking at everything from the best selling dishes on the menu to the ever pressing issues of recruiting and training kitchen staff. The results will be published in the special Food Report issue of The Publican on November 20.
The 2006 report will be the most comprehensive yet, with the results published in the special Food Report issue of The Publican on November 20. Please set aside a few minutes to complete the survey, and all completed questionnaires will go into the prize draw.
