Five licensees have made it to the shortlist of the flagship Licensee Trainer of the Year award at this year's BII NITAs.

Andrew Cannon of the Victoria Inn in Salcombe, Maxine Blake of the Cutting Room in Melton Mowbray, Ann Maher of the Rose & Crown in Brockenhurst, Margaret Orman of the Whitmore Arms in Essex and Graham Rowson of the Plungington Tavern in Preston will all fight it out for the coveted award, sponsored by The Union Pub Company.

The NITAs, which are supported by The Publican, are a chance for licensees, pub companies and training organisations who have achieved success through training and development to demonstrate their ability.
