The show, at Olympia in London, takes on The Publican brand name and boasts an exciting new look and programme. The dates have been changed to April 19-21 following feedback from the industry.

Pub & Bar should appeal to every sector of the trade from group directors, operations managers, bar owners and licensees, to chefs and hoteliers.

The Publican's Editor-in-Chief Lorna Harrison said: "We're really excited at the prospect of working closely with Pub & Bar. It has gone from strength to strength and has firmly established itself as a must-attend event for anyone in the trade who is serious about their business."

Michelin-accredited pub chef Jez Hollingsworth said: "It's vital for chefs to keep learning and improving their offering. And now more pubs are serving food that competes with the best restaurants, pub chefs need a show like Pub & Bar."
