Shepherd Neame ex-vice chairman Stuart Neame is to challenge existing management at Friday's AGM by calling for a seat on the board for his brother Roderick.

Chief executive Jonathan Neame said the resolutions had very little support and that the board could not understand how they would aid the company, which has recorded 29 years of continuous profit.
