Fuller’s hails its Black Cab Stout
The 4.2% ABV Black Cab Stout, which has been brewed with a combination of five different malts, was inspired by an old double stout recipe from the London brewer’s Past Masters series earlier this year, the brewer claimed.
Fuller’s head brewer John Keeling said: “Stout is one of the stand-out beer styles of the UK beer scene, and it’s been some time since Fuller’s made a draught version.
I’m delighted with the results, the beer is complex, lighter on the palate than its dark appearance may suggest and very tasty.”
Fuller’s brands marketing manager David Spencer added: “Black Cabs are a much-loved emblem of London and we think customers will be hailing our new seasonal beer the length and breadth of the Fuller’s estate.”
Supported by PoS, Black Cab Stout will be available in Fuller’s pubs until the end of the year.
