Thatchers Cider is investing £4 million in a new marketing campaign this spring and summer including a new TV campaign for Thatchers Gold.

The TV campaign will break over the Easter weekend and is set to be aired nationally on ITV, Channel 4, Channel 5 and Multi-channel with a mix of 30 and 20 second commercials.

Martin Thatcher, managing director of Thatchers Cider, said: “This is a really exciting new TV ad which builds on the success of our campaigns over the last two years.

“We expect that the new ad will be seen by over 26 million people, so further introducing Thatchers Gold to consumers throughout the UK.”

Alongside the Thatchers Gold TV campaign, Thatchers will be supporting its Premium Craft ciders, led by Thatchers Vintage.

“Retailers looking for variety and quality trust that Thatchers will deliver on authentic Somerset premium ciders,” Thatcher added.

Thatchers last week unveiled its new Somerset Mixed Fruit cider to sit alongside its rebranded Pear and Rosé variants as part of a new Somerset Fruit Ciders range.
