Spooky brews: Greene King unveils ales for Halloween
Greene King has revived two spookily-named seasonal ales in time for Halloween.

Gangly Ghoul is a 4.2% ABV rich and dark ale with fruity and hoppy notes.

Howell at the Moon, meanwhile, is a “dark and mysterious” 4.0% ABV ale named after George Howell, head brewer at the Greene King-owned Belhaven Brewery. Both beers are returning brews.

Greene King marketing director Dom South said: “Stocking these spooky brews gives managers and licensees a great opportunity to conjure up seasonal sales in the run up to Halloween. Both look great on the bar and offer a point of difference that is bound to attract the attention of curious customers looking for something devilishly different as the nights draw in.”
