Enterprise has announced a new partnership with Booker and its cash-and-carry subsidiary Makro.

The wholesaler’s stocks of food and catering supplies will now be available for all Enterprise licensees across England and Wales.

Licensees will be able to utilise the wholesaler’s team of catering development managers for menu advice and support. It will also offer recipes with cost-per-portion, suggested selling prices and gross profit calculations.

They will also be offered free delivery on orders over £100 (excluding VAT) and free used cooking oil collection.
