Make the perfect Negroni

Possibly one of the simplest, yet most impressive, cocktails to make. The Negroni is hot right now.

Make a Negroni:

Glass: Rocks

Ingredients:

  • 25ml London dry gin (here we use Tanqueray)
  • 25ml Campari
  • 25ml Sweet red vermouth

Garnish: Orange slice

Method: Starting with the gin, layer the ingredients in the glass over ice. Stir gently with a bar spoon to blend together. Garnish with the orange slice.

  • 50ml lime juice
  • 25ml sugar syrup
