Rum cocktail: Golden Daiquiri

In this exclusive drink deconstructed video El Dorado rum brand ambassador Dean MacGregor shows The Morning Advertiser how to make this citrussy little number.

Ingredients:

• 25ml fresh lime juice
• 25ml sugar syrup (1:1 ratio)
• 50ml rum (we use El Dorado 5)

Method:

• Build the cocktail (cheapest ingredients first) in a shaker
• Fill with ice
• Shake for 30 seconds
• Strain into a cocktail glass
• Serve
