Ingredients:
- 25ml fresh lime juice
- 25ml sugar syrup (1:1 ratio)
- 50ml rum (we use El Dorado 5)
Method:
- Build the cocktail (cheapest ingredients first) in a shaker
- Fill with ice
- Shake for 30 seconds
- Strain into a cocktail glass
- Serve
