The move will allow customers to receive their food and drink orders in one delivery and follows the company's announcement to launch a Scotland-only arm of its business, as well as its wine launch earlier in the year.
From March, Brakes will stock popular lager brands including Peroni, Heineken, Kronenbourg, Tiger, Asahi, Birra Moretti and Sol.
Ciders on offer
Ciders in the offer will include New Zealand brand Old Mout's passion fruit & apple and pomegranate & strawberry.
Category manager Aaron Friend, said: "The success of our recent wine launch proves there is a market among our customers for consolidated food and alcohol deliveries.
"By delivering top-flight beer, cider and ale brands alongside our grocery and fresh food supplies, we are taking a holistic approach and making life easy for our customers who will no longer have to rely on co-ordinating supplies or visiting the cash and carry."
Meanwhile, Brakes' Scotland-only business will deliver to around 11,000 customers and was developed in recognition of the unique nature of Scotland's foodservice sector.
More than 600 staff
More than 600 staff will be employed by the arm, which has 60 Scottish suppliers lined up to serve the business already.
The division's director John McLintock said: "We already supply more than 340 Scottish links and our focus will be on continuing to grow this number, providing our customers with fantastic local produce, such as Scottish meat, poultry, fish and dairy.
"We will help bring these products to life on menus in pubs, restaurants, hotels, schools and foodservice businesses across Scotland."
