Some £6.7m has been invested in the new sites, which will open this spring at Haven’s holiday parks at Cleethorpes Beach in Lincolnshire; Devon Cliffs in Devon; Kent Coast in Kent; and Haggerston Castle in Northumberland.
The investment is part of a broader £8.3m to enhance the holiday park operator’s food and beverage offerings for 2025, which also includes two new Burger Kings at Hopton Holiday Park and Lakeland Holiday Park. It follows a wider £100m investment in Haven’s sites across 2024.

Last January it was announced Haven had entered a commercial partnership with the pub company, which was followed by the opening of the Primrose Valley site in North Yorkshire in March.
Around £1.1m was pumped into the site, which was part of a £4m investment made to expand Haven’s food and beverage offering in 2024.
According to the holiday park business, more than 168,00 draught pints were poured at the Five Stones alongside over 25,000 bottles of beer and cider served, almost 200,000 soft drinks and 67,000 breakfasts as well as 314,000 main meals.
Haven chief executive Simon Palethorpe said: “We are delighted to expand our partnership with JDW by introducing four new pubs at our parks.
Great success
He added: “The success of the Five Stones at Primrose Valley reflects our ongoing efforts to grow and enhance our food and beverage partnerships and offerings and we look forward to bringing this experience to even more locations across the UK for our guests and holiday homeowners to enjoy.”
JDW chief executive John Hutson said the business was looking forward to opening the new sites.
He added: “Our pub at Primrose Valley has proven a great success and we are confident the four new pubs will be welcomed by guests and owners.”
