Parker brings with him more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
The ingoing director also previously worked alongside Valiant Pub Company co-founders Gerry Carroll and Mark McGinty at Hawthorn Leisure.

Reporting directly to McGinty, the pubco said Parker will play a “pivotal role” in shaping and driving its strategic vision as it expands.

Last month Valiant, which was founded in 2021, acquired its 70th site.
The Birmingham-based firm procured the Grade II listed Elephant & Castle in Telford, Shropshire.
Meanwhile, the multiple operator’s most recent trading update revealed its turnover had more than doubled to £18.2m in FY24, up from £8.3m in FY23.
Backed with funding by Njord Partners and debt financing by Metro Bank, Valiant said it had plans to “significantly increase” its portfolio in the coming months.
