The 2024 Great British Pub Awards has now been announced as TV star and writer Ralf Little.

Known for his roles in shows such as The Royal Family, Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps and Death In Paradise, Little will present the awards on Tuesday 17 September when the prestigious event will be returning to Manchester’s Victoria Warehouse.

Hundreds of pubs entered the competition, before expert judges whittled it down across two rounds of judging with on-the-road site visits now taking place across the summer.

Ed Bedington, editor of The Morning Advertiser, which organises the awards, said: "The Great British Pub Awards is always a great night, and it'll be fantastic to have the wonderful Ralf Little, star of some of the UK's most beloved sitcoms, join us on the night to help celebrate the success of some of the best pubs in the business."

The awards are kindly sponsored by Booker Makro, Coca Cola Europacific Partners, Diageo GB, Molson Coors, SIBA and TNT Sports, alongside pubco partners Admiral Taverns, Greene King, Marston’s, Punch Pubs and Stonegate.
