The pub group has joined forces with suppliers Ringtons Tea to launch the ‘WINNter Warmers’ campaign, offering 50% off hot drinks for the month of December, between 10am and 3pm.
The campaign aims at encouraging people to get out and about in the run up to the festive period.
Alongside the WINNter Warmer offer, the pubs welcome all including families, walkers, cyclists and dogs.
Offering cheer
Many of the sites also boast open fires or wood-burning stoves, in a bid to create a homely atmosphere to enjoy during the cold season.
Andrew Robson of The Inn Collection Group said: “With the well-publicised rising cost of living, we wanted to do our own small part to offer some cheer to residents of our communities.
“Our inns are warm and welcoming places throughout the year but we were keen to remind people they are always welcome to come through our doors.
“Thanks to the support of Ringtons, we hope we are offering a little something that will be appreciated and will encourage people to remain active and sociable for the rest of the year.”
Free warmth
A number of fellow operators have also opened their doors for customers for free warmth, hot drinks and company.
Three pubs in Wisborough Green, West Sussex teamed up to offer residents free tea and coffee, courtesy of the parish council.
Fires will be roaring at the Three Crowns, the Cricketers Arms and the Bat & Ball with no purchase necessary for guests wanting to take up the warm welcome.
Furthermore, the Red Lion in Northmoor, Oxfordshire, is offering a space where people can go to keep warm from 3pm to 5pm Wednesday to Friday.
