Yesterday (Tuesday 4 October), saw Escape To Freight Island, Manchester, transform into a fun-filled festival site to celebrate the Great British Pub Awards (GBPA) 2022. Below is a round-up of this year's winners, including the Great British Pub of the Year, the Gun Inn, Findon, West Sussex.

Tiffany Long was awarded Best Young Pub Chef.

Natalie Coleman took home the Best Pub Chef award.

The Dartford Sports bar in Dartford, Kent was crowned Admiral Taverns Pub of the Year.

The GBPA 2022 Best Pub Garden award went to the Tamworth Tap in Tamworth, Staffordshire.

The Greene Oak in Windsor, Berkshire, was named Greene King Pub of the Year.

Ye Olde Bridge Inn, Oxton, Nottinghamshire took home the Best Pub for Families award.

The Gun Inn, Findon, West Sussex won two awards at yesterday's event being crowned Marston's Pub of the Year and the Great British Pub of the Year.

The Bellflower, Garstang, Lancashire, took home the Best Pub for Dogs award.

The Red Lion in Guildford, Surrey was crowned Punch Pub's Pub of the Year.

The Strait and Narrow, Lincoln, Lincolnshire won the award for Best City/Urban Pub.

The Old Windmill, Coventry, Warwickshire was named Stonegate's Pub of the Year.

The Shibden Mill, Halifax, West Yorkshire won the award for Best Pub for Food.

The Riverside at Aymestrey, Herefordshire was crowned Best Sustainable Pub.

The Lion in Treorchy, Wales, won the Community Hero award.

The Famous Three Kings, Fulham, London, took home the award for Best Pub to Watch Sport for a fifth time.

Winning the award for Best Country/Rural Pub was The Three Hills at Bartlow, Cambridgeshire.

The Saddle Inn, Chester, Cheshire, was crowned the Best Pub for Entertainment.

And finally, taking home the Star Pub of the Year award was the the Red Lion in Shepperton, Surrey.
