The challenges of running a hospitality operation while dealing with social distancing restrictions are many, particularly during the recent hot weather.

The Morning Advertiser editor Ed Bedington spoke to Bournemouth operator Mark Cribb of Urban Guild about how he’s coping with a lockdown operation.

Cribb, who runs a site on the beach, and also has his own podcast, Humans of Hospitality, talks about how he’s coped with the crowds during the recent sunny spell.
