Ei Publican Partnerships’ roadshow will return next month, with a focus on how operators can improve their food menus and ensure allergy regulations are followed.

The annual roadshow will see more than 140 suppliers showcase their products and services at three shows in October.

A trio of shows will begin at Doncaster Racecourse on 8 October, followed by Olympia London on 15 October and Ashton Gate Stadium in Bristol on 17 October.

Ei Publican Partnerships managing director Nick Light said a new portal would help operators when devising food menus.

He said: “Eilive has established itself as a must-attend event with a truly impressive exhibitor list and a great opportunity to learn about all the latest innovations and trends in the industry.

“Our new series of live demonstrations and talks will build upon that and offer a new dimension to these popular shows.”

Menu insights

Light added: “We are also excited to be launching our new Food Menu Portal, which we believe will help publicans simplify their menu creation and provide insight on trends to help them make the most of their food offering while helping them to comply with food safety and allergen laws.”

This year, the event will have a special theatre area for sponsors to provide demonstrations, with activations from partners including Pernod Ricard, Diageo, Molson Coors, Heineken, Sky and digital experts Yext.

One of the demonstrations will be on how to use a new system, Property Universe, which was set up for operators to monitor the progress of repair jobs.

Ei Publican Partnerships publicans can register to attend eilive now via their customer account manager or via the company’s Publican Channel online platform.
