Formerly known as The Blue Anchor, The Anchor pub in the London borough of Bexley has been given an extensive revamp, including a new outdoor dining area, with the help of award winning design specialists Fusion Design.
It’s hoped that the renovated venue, which will serve locally sourced food and local guest ales, will become the heart of its south-London community.
Forty-four site pubco Blackrose was unveiled on 24 June by Aprirose – which boasts a portfolio of more than £1.5bn commercial and residential properties.
The new venture’s announcement came in the wake of string of pub acquisitions by Aprirose which both Wear Inns in a £22.4m deal and Spirit Pub Company’s branded pub portfolio from British Land for approximately £130m.
