Dave Wall, head chef of the Unruly Pig in Bromeswell, Suffolk, took home the title of Pub Restaurant Chef Award 2019 at a glittering ceremony at the Hilton on Park Lane in central London.
Wall was also a finalist for the Pub Chef of the Year award at the 2018 Great British Pub Awards.
The Unruly Pig has previously featured on the Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastropubs list as well as winning Front of House Team of the Year award.
Mitchells & Butlers steakhouse brand Miller & Carter also struck gold at the awards, winning Chef’s Favourite Branded Restaurant 2019.
